My requirement at least is to just have better home assistant integration so I can start my jetbot programmatically. I can achieve some of this with routines, which are exposed to home assistant, but not all settings are available there, such as room or area clean.
Maybe for Samsung devices your team could consider building an official integration if the endpoints aren’t publicly documented 
Hello! Is there already something that has changed with this issue? I despise the game pro mode on my soundbar, and would love to automatically switch it back to standard when HDR is being turned on on my tv.

This post is about using the SmartThings API with these devices and nothing has changed from that side.
I don’t know if the automation you mentioned can be achieved through a routine. Have you checked?
