Bosch roomthermostaat II 230 V

Hey everyone,

I just got my new home and it has a 230V heating system.

Now I have bought a Bosch thermostat II 230 V in the hope that I can directly add it to smartthings. But the device can’t be found in my home.

Is there any way to connect them together?

And if not, what are some recommendations for ones that will work.

Get the Bosch Smart Home Controller II, that’s also a Matter bridge.

Feature matrix:

Of course, you’ll need a SmartThings hub, like the brand-new Aeotec SmartThings Hub 2.

That’s from 2023 and outdated.

Thank for the quick reaction.

I will buy one and try it out if it works.

A friend of mine has a similar setup with thermostatic radiator valves, sensors, and a few other Bosch devices connected to the SmartThings hub via the Matter bridge. The last time I checked - about two months ago - he was experiencing stability issues, but he’s using the beta firmware for the Bosch controller. Updates are being released quite frequently, and from what I’ve heard, the team is responsive to customer feedback. There’s also a Bosch forum available.
