I didn’t realize that ring itself makes some holiday faceplates for the ring doorbell 2. These are plastic pieces that snap on, not the typical vinyl wrapper. Not bad for $11.99 on sale.
There are a couple of Amazon coupons for SwitchBot right now.
There’s a checkbox for a 20% off coupon on the button pusher page that brings the price down to about $23. And there’s also a 20% off coupon off a SwitchBot mini hub if you need one. The button pusher comes in white or black, the hub is only white.
.
this is one of their better sales.
You need either the minihub or the original cloud shaped hub to get smartthings integration. The integration is available through the new V3 app.
I’m not in love with these products, but I like them a lot and I use them in my own home. Here’s a review I wrote for this forum:

The bulbs will work fine with smartthings through the bridge. They will also work with Amazon echo or Google home through the bridge.
The dimmer switch will not be visible to smartthings but can be used as a parallel means of control, so it makes a good wall switch or table top remote for any device is connected to the Hue Bridge.
All in all, definitely a nice starter set if you’ve been wanting one as a gift for someone.
The product description may say you need their hub, but you don’t: you will use thesmart things hub instead.
The usual Aqara caveats apply: it may say it works with Homekit, but it won’t, because you will not be using the Aqara hub. You might need custom code for some models. And these devices don’t always play nice with zigbee repeaters: but they do work well with IKEA Tradfri plug-in Pocketsockets and bulbs.
The camera does not work with smartthings unless you are using it with Homekit and you have smartthings connected via homebridge.
I’m not sure whether the switches work with smartthings or not.
Most of the sensor models do work with smartthings with the caveats above.
