Best Device Handler for ZWave Metering Outlet?

I have a ZWave metering outlet that I use on my washing machine to monitor energy usage to setup alerts for laundry to be done, etc. The problem is, it’s not updating unless I manually open the outlet in SmartThings and hit refresh. Is there a better device handler that updates more regularly?
