There is no difference when adding device?
When I see it as a decimal code, when hexadecimal code for the same device
The same Aeotec sensor after i remove it and add it again the first time it’s hexadecimal code, the second one as shown is 12(decimal code)
The 12 digit code you’re seeing is the IP address (or MAC id sometimes) of your Samsung SmartCam in HEX format. Device with 4 character codes are Zigbee device. The two digits devices are Zwave device.
Just because you see 12 doesn’t mean it’s decimal. 12 is also hex number and unlike a zigbee device. Z-wave doesn’t have a fixed ID number.
