Something similar not sure if it will work for your case is Tasker and Sharptools. Since you can subscribe to the garage door state, you can make Tasker prompt you for action. It’s not directly integrated but close
ST Phone Presence has been stable for the past few months for me; this may or may not have something to do with me switching phones when the new S6 came out. There have been times when I wake up in the morning and I’m scratching my head because the door is unlocked and could have sworn that I locked it before going to bed, and then I found out that my phone presence has been coming and going without me!
I used Tasker and SharpTools by @joshua_lyon to get around this, it’s not fully automated but it prevents doors and garages from opening without me knowing.
Instead of the usual unlocking the door automatically on presence arrival, I created a scene that prompts me if I actually want to unlock the door. This is what my crude prompt looks like
