Any IR Blaster that works with Smartthings HUB?

I was thinking about buying Logitech Harmony HUB because I want to control my TV by Voice activated Alexa. Anybody has ever used Smartthings to control the TV ? I was chatting with Smartthings Support Representative yesterday and he suggested me to buy Logitech Harmony HUB.

I love my Harmony Hub. It works great with Amazon Echo and ST.

A lot of people use the Logitech Harmony integration. Others have created their own IR bridge but with a much more limited integration.

The tablet will have to already have an IR blaster built-in. That’s mostly older android phones. Anyway, see the following thread for discussion:

Is it possible to use smartthings to send commands to an IR blaster on a smartphone that is stationary in front of my AV equipment, through a voice command to Google Home.
