I have the same problem. I have a google wifi router system, and a tp-link TL-SG-108E. I can’t manage to disable UDP port 123 on any of them. I have one “old” Smartthings hub that has worked fine for a long time, but the new Aeotec hub get the 33-504 when I try to add it. serial 4021286898
