I’m not sure, but those numbers sure seem like they could easily be normal variance and not indicate anything different.
Yes, the number variances are negligible, but the extra wakelock is not. It may not make any difference though, other than possible slightly reduced battery life. I have a bunch of errands to run tomorrow that will take me in and out of the geofence several times, so I’ll have a better idea then.
