Anyone else having trouble when they ask Alexa for the temperature of any sensors or thermostat in the last few days? She tells me she didn’t find any smart home devices under my account. However, I can see them all in my Alexa app, and I can still use my voice to control the lights, etc. I wonder if this could be an issue with the Smartthings skill.
I’m using Alexa, not Alexa+, and I’m getting temperature responses for all of my SmartThings branded motion and multipurpose sensors from my various Amazon Echo devices and Android/iOS mobile apps. I’m also getting a temperature response for my Zigbee Centralite Pearl Thermostat as well.

I just tried relinking the smartthings alexa skill, but it didn’t help.
I’m still having issues with any open/close or temperature sensor when viewing it in Alexa. Not only does she tell me my Alexa account has no devices, but when I view the device in the Alexa app, things like switches look as expected, but the sensor pages have no reading populated and there is a banner at the top of the page that says “there is a problem.” I have tried disabling and then relinking the Smartthings skill. I’ve gotten nowhere with Amazon’s support. I tried restarting my ST hub. Can anyone else confirm that in the US, they can read a temperature sensor that is connected via the Smartthings skill? I’m attaching what I see. Thanks!
BTW, I’m using the native SmartThings Edge drivers for my multipurpose and motion sensors.

Have you tried deleting all of the bad devices in Alexa that are from SmartThings first, then disabling the SmartThings skill and re-enabling it. I’m thinking that Alexa should then not be able to find any server cached (ghost) devices (if that’s a thing), so that Alexa would then discover the SmartThings devices as brand new?

Yeah… that’s were I was heading if I could confirm this is just me. I was procrastinating because I’m worried all my Alexa routines will have to be rebuilt after I do that. I have a ton of them.
Rather than going scorched earth, I tried removing just one temperature sensor, disabled the ST skill, relinked it, and it discovered the removed sensor. However, asking for that temperature reading still responds with the message that there are no smarthome devices under my account. This does not give me much confidence that scorched earth will fix this… it will just give me a lot of rebuilding to do.
