Aeotec Zigbee range extender does not connect to Aeotec hub

Hello, I have 2 Aeotec zigbee range extenders that went offline and I cannot pair them back. I have done the factory reset and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Aeotec Range Extender Zi. I have tried everithing it is written in the manual and no luck. I cannot pair them.

I would suggest contacting Aeotec support.

have you tried bringing them close to the hub when attempting to pair?

Yes, I have placed it very close to the hub. Still nothing. I’ll contact Aeotec suport, maybe they will come up with a solution.
