I recently purchased an Aeotec Smart Switch 6. When adding to Smartthings I get the error 34-501. Is there an error code reference sheet of sorts available to assist determine what this fault means?
To elaborate; I managed to complete the setup for the Smart Switch with it switching okay from ST. There was a companion error message in addition to the above however stating that the device will work but some of the features will not function correctly. As observed, the energy monitoring aspects don’t function properly. When there is a load present the “Power Meter” does not display a reading. It is only when I turn off the switch that the “Power Meter” very briefly flashes a value and then returns back to zero. The “energy consumption” does maintain a value.

Same error code here when we installed a switch from Enbrighten (In Wall Z Wave Smart Switch). Even though I’ve skipped the screen with the advice when pairing, I’d like to know from Smartthings about this error.
