Aeon Labs Siren Gen 5 unable to change tone or volume

Just got two sirens in the mail this week and tried to hook them up last night but ran into quite a few problems. They were very hard to pair but finally got them. Now the phone app throws errors every time you try to update the tone or the volume. We’re unable to change either. Is anyone else having a similar issue or is it just in our network?
