I am at a loss my meter will not show Kwh only Watts. Any ideas why?

Is it newly installed?
Installed it last weekend.
How often is what you have plugged into it used?
It is the permanent one hooked into the breaker box to measure all energy coming into house.
My bad… Totally mis read that one. Hmmm OK, any errors in the logs?
No error just seams to not be reporting at all.
Try removing and re-adding the device to SmartThings. that’s my initial suggestion.
Well I removed and added it back and still same thing.
Dang… I’m at a loss… Without being able to see into your setup a little more it a little bit of blind leading blind.

No I thought I would try here first. Give support the time to fix the things that really need fixed

I am experiencing the same issue and its also not pulling either.
Found out what it was. My unit has battery or direct power. I plugged in the direct power and bam had KWh reporting. Go figure.
