110v Temperature device?

I’ve only found one available. Are there any others out there? The thermostat on my attic fan went dead and I’d like to power it via zwave relay and place a temperature sensor in the attic without being required to climb in the attic to replace batteries a few times a year. My attic is a PITA to get into.
