Sure as long as your wifi bulbs can be seen by SmartThings.

Easiest for me is to use Trend Setter. It creates the Virtual Switch and links the bulbs.

Could also use SmartLighting or webCoRE to cook your own rules.

I set them up with smart lighting but having issues with smartthings showing the correct percentage that the bulb is lit
