How to Pair Two GE Link Light bulbs to one Smarthings Light Tap

Hi. I am new to this area. I added two GE Link bulbs to my Smart Things hub. It added as 2 things, so I have to tap twice on two things to switch off or on both the lights in the room. Is there way to get them connected as 1 thing so that I can operate both the bulbs from single tap as 1 thing. I think this can be achieved from a switch rather bulb. But I am exploring if this can be done from bulb itself. If not, which dimmer switch fits my requirement. Please help.
