Translation, no ETA, don’t hold your breath, months and years away before something reliable is available.
Not giving Juan any crap, these decisions are most likely above him but given the issues everyone is having this is more than frustrating. This will more than likely keep me from spending any more money on Philips Hue until something better works out with ST. I spent way too much time last night removing my hue bulbs/bridge from ST and then adding them back. I’m not willing to do that every time I get a new bulb or not be able to integrate into ST.
I agree with what I’ve read that ST should change the way they describe Philips hue integration with ST on their site.
To ST support, guess you can close my case as it doesn’t seem that anyone is going to get any kind of a fix to their issues related to hue for quite some time. I wonder if anyone at ST even cares.
