In the app, go to the Devices page and select your app. It’s likely in the “No Room Assigned” section.
Select the 3 dot menu top right, Z-Wave Utilities, Repair Z-wave network.
You can also do it from the IDE. Select your hub from “My Hubs”, View Utilities, Repair Z-wave network.

I did the z wave repair but performance of the zooz switch has not improved. Yikes.
If the 7000 series is like the older Zooz switches and dimmers, they work just fine with the standard DTH. The standard DTH runs locally in the hub and so will give the best response times.
I have several of the zooz switches (old and new versions) and they have been rock solid and quick.
Since the z-wave repair did not work, you might try excluding them and readding them.
Also, can you confirm which DTH you’re using?
To exclude:
Open ST app
Open your hub
Click 3 dots in top right
Select z-wave utilities
Select z-wave exclusion
When page opens, exclude your switch (tap lower paddle 3 times quickly - LED will blink rapid blue)
