Hi, I got a zemismart zigbee 2 gang switch and I’m trying to connect it to smartthings. The 2 gangs appear on the app but I can only control one, the other one when I click on/off nothing happens. I read somewhere that I need a device handler, I tried to copy some of the codes that I found here but…

I had checked it already. I tried adding the device handler that was last post it (by zemismart I think) and it still doesn’t work. I’m probably doing something wrong, but can’t figure out what. I read a lot of people saying that you need to add the device fingerprint but I have no idea what that is…

@Rita_Santos_Silva I have no idea what a device fingerprint is either.
