Nothing’s really changed from the above. There are some standalone keypads made for door locks, which can be useful.
Otherwise, the ring keypad in a protective box is probably the most popular as an outdoor solution right now, because it works well with the new SmartThings architecture, it’s not that expensive, and since it’s zwave it doesn’t have to worry about Wi-Fi interference. 
Although the following video was made in April 2023, this device was one of the first ones that people moved to an edge driver, so it is up-to-date for the current architecture:
