So are you saying that if you use the official cloud cloud integration with the Tapo 110 M it will show up on the SmartThings energy dashboard? But if you use the Matter edge driver it doesn’t?

Tapo P110M (UK) Matter1.3 but no Energy Monitoring

As s temporary solution you can use both the Matter integration and the c2c integration. This will give you 2 devices in ST. One for local control (Matter device) and one for power monitoring (c2c device).
