Sorry for the delay.
So, checking with the engineering team, they mentioned the following:
- The update will take up to 12-14 hours without intervention.
- If you use the CLI to reinstall the driver or perform a hub restart to force an update, then that can be done after 2 hours
My suggestion in this case is that, next time you update your custom capability:
- Take a note on the timestamp when you performed the update
- Then, try restarting the hub and using this command:
smartthings edge:drivers:install
Take a note of the time you did this as well
- If it doesn’t work, please share the timestamps with me and submit your hub logs.
- Since you have more than one hub, please share its name so I can find its details on your account.
