I hope you’re right. Here is an example of what I would call uncomplicated expecially since it is a fully available routine in both the Classic and new app. I have been working with ST since Jan to fix a lighting automation issue with Lutron Caseta switches and there is no end in sight. Not a power user capability at all, just trying to make sure that motion activated automation with Caseta switch doesnt turn off on me automatically IF if manually turn the light on (should then have to manually turn it off as a logical situation). Neither Lutron nor ST has been able to resolve after 10 months. Had to restate the issue MANY times. Second example is the fact that even though ST multipurpose sensor hardware functionality allows switch to determine if a roll up garage door is open or closed without using the magnet. This works in Classic app, not in the new app (after all this time). Neither of these are difficult routines or asks, but fall as unanswered requests/issues.
