I am really glad to hear that SHM Arm/Disarm issues are finally being addressed. I hope the progress will continue with both SHM and overall performance updates. Thanks
Thank you @alex and friends for the update. Keep them coming - while my faith in the platform is diminished, these updates are exactly what I need to correct that. Thanks again.

…Finally, we’re looking forward to seeing and interacting with many of you at the Samsung Developer Conference next week. If you’re in the San Francisco area, come see us there. If you’re not, you will be able to check it out online…[/quote]
@alex
I’d like to check out some of the conference online.
On the site, it says…
STAY TUNED FOR THE
OPENING KEYNOTE!
Wed, April 27 at 9:30am PST!
Is that correct?
Aren’t you guys on PDT?
Sorry that it’s such a minor and petty thing to ask about right here, but I’d really like to know what time it’s actually going to take place so that I can plan accordingly.
Thanks!
Hi Alex,
Thanks, a Weekly update is a greate idea indeed…
On the UI/UX improvement for Android, any update for a potential Windows Universal App ??? this would be brilliant…
I am sure your development team had a look at the Microsoft SDK to port iOS and Android code to Windows ?
Please don’t forget the growing Windows community… An Universal App will gives all Windows Tablet and PC users direct access to Smartthings (as well as the Windows 10 Mobile with the same app)… huge potential!
Another thing I would love to see implemented is a “locally run” (on the smartthing hub) version of the Rules Machine or an equivalent for advanced logic “programming” and scenarios capable of running off line.
Thanks, keep the good work…
Tony
Also, I believe that Xbox One will be able to run Windows Universal Apps sometime this year.
@alex Is ST done supporting the firmware of v1? I know we wouldn’t get the local execution stuff but what about the Zigbee and LAN connected device improvements?
The new app looks nice. Biggest improvement is the readability of the labels that were formerly in circles (so lock/unlock, motion/no motion, etc).
One request would be to add mode to the top status bar. Currently there is no way to know I’m in away or home or whatever mode without either accessing the hamburger menu or checking the widget (assuming it is installed). If you don’t want mode everywhere, it would be super helpful at a minimum to have it on the Routines tab.
We are indeed on PDT. Keynote starts at 9:30 AM PDT tomorrow, and I’m on at around 11 AM. Should be fun event overall.
Side note, I wish daylight time as a concept would go away.
Thanks, Alex. Same here.
Live stream link in case anyone wants it:
Just FYI to anyone not yet tuned in, @alex is on right now.
@alex it’s been a couple weeks and I’m still unable to change the color temperature of 12+ of my lights.
This should be resolved this week. We had a fix last week, but QA found some issues so we had to pull it.
