Water sprinkler

my project is about automatic water sprinkler. i want to use arduino to control timer relay. at the same time i want to control the pressure just using one water sprinkler. i want to make one water sprinkler using timer relay at the first timer it adjust pressure with starter 3 psi.then after 10 seconds the pressure of water increase 6 psi and so on. can anyone help me? i’m very confuse. pleaseeeeeeee
