So, I had deleted my presence sensors from the classic app and turned on presence in the new app for the 4 phones at my house. One of them (mine) quit working all of a sudden. It refused to change for two days. So, I turned it off and then tried to turn it back on. I got an error message “something went wrong” (so helpful)
Anyhow, I have tried on several occasions, and it finally let me turn the feature on today. However, it created a weird item in my classic app as a “Placeholder”. Says something went wrong when I go to settings in the classic app. (the rest of the phones are fine - 2 S8+s and 1 S9+ (Mine would be a second S9+)
Not no Device ID. I would put it in myself, but it is usually a GUID string that is unique to the phone. So I have no idea what it would/should be.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
