Anyways, so far so good. You now need to open the settings (
) on the device in the mobile app and hit “Save” so that the Device Network ID can be updated correctly. You might want to look at the IDE’s “Live logging” on a desktop computer while you do that.

It’s not showing any data because it is encountering an NullPointerException on line 473:

My guess would be that your hub doesn’t have a location properly set as nothing else in that line should be able to trigger that exception.

So now my DEVICE shows offline, but it was online last night. Any idea what I need to look at.
I can get to the Envoy just fine.
How did you end up with that Device Network ID? The DTH sets it for you (and the result would be the device’s MAC without colons).
Go into the device’s settings in the mobile app and hit “Save” again to have the DTH try and pull data and then update the ID correctly.
That is the current date so it changes every day (in order to get the graph to display and aggregate daily data). Did you try setting the location for your hub from the mobile app?

Hello.
First off thank you for developing a wonderful tool. I believe I am having an issue pulling yesterdays data from my Envoy and wondering if you could help. I am pulling in current data, and that populates data within the application, but graphs and yesterdays data are not working due to the fact I cannot pull in the historic data. These are the errors I receive in the live logging. It looks like I am getting a timeout and it is failing at line 519.

Not much I can do about the timeout – it could be caused by the servers being slow…
However, since you have today’s data, things should (hopefully) work fine tomorrow (as todays data will roll over to “yesterday” without having to query the previous data).
Hello and thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I have been running this since Sept 27th and it has not updated the graph or yesterdays data. Yesterday in the App always shows the same number as Today. Is there a way to update the timeout or change something else? It still brings in current production which I can display in ActionTiles which is great, but it would be nice to have Yesterday and graph data.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the timeout – it is imposed but he ST servers.
You could (temporarily) comment out lines 519 through 522 – that should allow you to get today’s data on the graph and tomorrow that data should roll over to yesterday’s data.
