Does the v2 UK ST hub use Zwave plus?
I can’t say for certain for the UK version… But even the later generations of the v1 hub had zwave plus, all of the us ones had zwave plus, so I would Assume that it does…
You can look up the “conformance statement” for any certified device on the Z wave alliance official site and it will tell you if it is Zwave plus or not.

There should also be a logo on the box.
In this case, yes, the UK hub is Zwave plus.
