Are you using the web interface or the mobile app? This can’t be done except in the Mobile app.
There is currently an issue with all drivers not properly showing labels for things.

Interesting. Have you tried rebooting your hub? Also delete/add again. I’m sure @TAustin will chime in.
@TAustin thanks for much for you work and continued support on this. Do you know if samsung has plans to automatically migrate any of the old virtual devices? Also, do you know what option the smartthings app with have natively to add virtual devices?
@TAustin Thank you so much for this! using your virtual devices I was able to convert al of my legacy virtual switches and simulated alexa switches over, build routines for my kidde relay smoke detector to replaced a legacy custom DH from vseven, and build routines and vswitches to replace legacy smart apps I was using for laundry monitoring.
Between this, the Envisalink DSC Alarm package and the Roku package I think we have the same devices in our houses!
Well, I take that back - your drive is perfect but Smartthings routine to support power meter + stays for how long appears to be broken.
Is there a way to get new features on previously created virtual devices or will I need to create new devices?
I have 3 motion sensors created under version 1, I want to update them to have the auto restore to inactive.
@TAustin I also want to thank you so much for implementing these virtual devices. I use them in my automations a lot.
A few days ago I noticed some unexpected behavior of momentary buttons. I turn it on in my routine by pressing the momentary button and it turns off after the delay. This works like a charm. However, I also have another routine, which turns the same switch off. And after the set delay it automatically turns on for some reason. Settings are as follow:
It sounds like it is working as intended. Since you have it configured to auto-return the switch to its prior state, it is doing just that when you turn it off: It turns back on after the delay.
If you don’t want that behavior, you can change the Triggered Switch setting to “No auto-return”, and the switch won’t turn back on after being turned off.
Let me know if you need a different option.
Is this driver diff than the ‘virtual appliances mc’ by mariano?
I tried powering down the hub, but that did not fix it. Waited 2 days and it fixed itself?
This virtual device creator is awesome! I only have one problem. I have two Smartthings hubs. I enrolled both hubs. But the creator only shows up in one of them. So, I can’t create a virtual device in the other hub. Do I have to unenroll on both devices and just enroll the other hub?
To get drivers on 2 hubs, once the driver is installed you need to perform scan nearby for each hub.
As long as both hubs are in the Location you are currently working with in the app, you will be offered a choice of hubs when you run ‘Scan nearby’. You have to run it once for each hub you have installed the driver on.

The hubs are located in two different homes. I guess that means that I have to wait until I am physically at the other location. Thanks,
Mark

Thanks,

Did you try the location you are not at?
I have two locations and was able to generate drivers for the one I wasn’t present at.
Can you not access the 2nd hub from the channel invite link or and you not add the drivers to the 2nd hub in the app?
It was not adding the vedge creator to the not assigned page. It finally worked.
Thanks for the help.
Mark
I know this is an iOS anomaly, But can you tell me what these fields are so I know what I’m doing? Thanks.
