DTH for Chromecast / Google Home

TL;DR: I’ve created a DTH that allows you to talk to your Chromecasts / Google Homes. It’s ready for testing if you’re familiar with using the SmartThings IDE / Github integration and can deal with the (inevitable) bugs that will show up.
