I recently bought couple of Sonos speakers to my home and it´s quite nice to have a notification from the speakers for example when my washer starts a spinning cycle and when the laundry is ready but there´s a little problem. I´d like to adjust notification volume so that the notification can be heard loud and clear but it´s quite annoying if there´s some background music playing atm which starts to play too loud after the notification. So is there any way to revert the volume back to same state where it was before the notification?

That´s exactly what I´m looking for so it doesn´t matter how hucklebuck it is, if it works 
Unfortunately I´m not too familiar messing with API:s but your guide seems to be pretty noob friendly so I might at least have a chance.
