Recently created a new mode in smartthings and I can change mode thru action tiles but i can’t change thru the mobile app or Alexa. I created a virtual switch and when I ask alexa to turn on or off the mode it says it does and when I try it thru the app it shows it off or on but really doesn’t change it
Creating the virtual switch is just the first step.
For the second step, you need to create a routine (in the classic app) that comes on when that switch is turned on and have that routine change the mode.
