I was certainly not the only one that felt this way - there are plenty of people on the other thread that agreed ST was being dismissive, incommunicative, etc.

its cool that you know everything there is to know about everything, but not everyone does. that’s why communication exists. sometimes, communication should be used. imagine that - crazy world.

and is there absolutely no way I can get a participation trophy? are you sure? I’d really like one. not even if I whine some more?

I think you need to look up what the word ‘belittle’ means.
I see nothing in your linked thread from any ST staff that comes anywhere close.
