Saw these at local lowes store. can these be integrated with smartthings.

Doubtful. I can find much on them but it looks like it’s Bluetooth rather than wifi, z-wave or zigbee, I could be wrong.
At least, not until SmartThings enables the Bluetooth radio in the v2 hub.
