ST stopped sending SMS to all countries except for the US. Also, those in the US need to opt in to receive SMS

Changes to SMS Service

EDIT: Users with US phone numbers can text YES to 844-647 to opt in at any time after September 25, 2019. Anyone who has opted in prior to that date will need to opt in once more. UPDATE 9/26/2019: We have completed the aforementioned changes to our SMS service. US users may now opt in at any time by texting YES to 844-647 for each phone number set up to receive SMS.
