Wow, this is what I needed. I installed the drivers and created a virtual switch. Tested it out yesterday and today and it’s working perfectly.

I’m having the same problem as you, @snowdog. Not sure when it started but it’s been a while now. iOS v. 16.1 and SmartThings v. 1.6.99.23.
I was unable to resolve the issue. I re-worked my routines to use virtual switches, as suggested above by @h0ckeysk8er.
