Routines with States? (aka how can I turn on and off a group of lights)

My request: I want to be able to toggle a set of lights on and off using 1 routine - is there a way to do this?

I can group devices in a room and I can turn on a set of lights using “routines” but it seems I have to create another routine to turn them off?

Would be great to be able to add apps or routines to the “rooms” so a certain room could be turn lights on, turn lights off, dim 2 lights at 50% etc…

any idea on how to achieve this?
