Reminder: secure your lithium-ion battery devices!

Video from an indoor security camera in Oklahoma shows a dog picking up a power pack with a lithium ion battery, carrying it over to a dog bed, starting to chew on it, and causing a fire!

The dog escaped safely through a dog door to the yard, but scary.

If you have lithium ion battery devices, make sure they are safely secured where dogs and kids can’t get to them.

Yikes!

I had a Tablet with a noticeably swollen battery once. Scary.

Yeah and it wasn´t even 2 years old and cost almost an 2k€, so it wasn´t particularly cheap model either which would make much more sense :grin:
