I’m getting a new modem and router to replace my existing combo modem router. Am I going to have to go through and re-pair all of my devices and switches with ST again after I make the change?
Nope, the router and modem just provide your internet connection for the ST hub, and that’s where your devices “live”. Once you replace the router and modem, you should be able to just plug your ST hub back into any Ethernet port.

Nope.
Everything is paired to the ST hub so you will be fine.
If you do have any 3rd party items connected via a specific IP address, you may have to update that information if you don’t set it all back up the same with the new equipment. This would apply to things like IP Cameras for SmartTiles, Thinking Cleaner for Roomba or a Withings Scale
