So I have this on my network, but the MAC address is not listed anywhere on the ST hub so I cannot be sure this is my hub. Does the ST hub show up as “Physical Graph” in FING?

Yes mine shows the same in Fing. Since you cannot assign a static IP to the hub, I ended up forcing one via MAC address in my router. This way it always gets the same IP.
Physical Graph is the former company name for the ST product.
