Does anyone have any idea why my microwave (NQ5B4513GBK) and oven ( NV7B4445VAK) are trying to reach info.cspserver.net literally every minute?
Do you mean you have blocked the domain and it is retrying or that it connects few times every minute?
According to some posts in reddit it is a Samsung server, and since the appliances are probably cloud based, them wanting to reach their servers and retrying if they’re not available is expected.
I indeed did block it, but only after I realised both appliances are connecting to it every min. And tbh I do not see any issues with functionality after blocking this domain, so I’m now wondering why on earth would these need to reach the server so often
I don’t know, but I see that five years ago I commented that the time-to-live on the DNS records is sixty seconds so that one minute is clearly significant.
Perhaps they are looking for new recipes?
