I think I have eliminated the possibility of a race condition with that change. You are working with the Flush 1D with the latest code from Github & the changes mentioned right?
My only thought at this point is that two of your devices are not sending a report that they are turning off. This might be because a group 1 association didn’t get setup during inclusion like it is supposed to. I added some code to make sure the association group 1 gets setup. You will need to click “configure” or save the preferences after you update the code. Also, I recommend you modify the on() off() methods like above after updating it.
