G! I have received a new bunch of temp/hum sensors and still having same issue … . Selected the SmartSence temp/humidity Sensor DTH … and it keeps showing zeros all the way. I 'm in graph-eu01-euwest1 … api zone, not sure if this can have any correlation to the issues I experience. With the first sensor I still guessed it could be because the HW. But now I got a new one and the behaviour is the same … damn!
Why don’t try eZEX DTH? For me, it’s very stable. No battery info but I can live with that.
Did anyone succeed in getting the SmartThings app to show the temperature on the action tile (for the SNZB-02)? Mine shows humidity. I can of course click the tile and see the temperature, but I would very much like to have the temperature (or both temperature and humidity) as default on tile. I use the custom DH posted in this thread.

I really struggled for un-known reasons to get the SNZB-02 attached directly to ST. Tested all above approaches and had no luck in getting it worked. Other SNZB-04 and SNZB-03 work well.
Today I spotted the Sonoff ZB devices all of the sudden appeared in my ST via the integration I already switched on for my Wifi devices. Previously this integration was not able to bring ZB devices … now here we go !

Edit: there are still problems with this dth, sensor stops reporting after awhile. I cannot recommend snzb-02 right now unless more work is done on the drivers

I’m using the SmartSense Temp/Humidity Sensor DTH, and it seems to be behaving, the device is directly connected to my hub and not using a repeater (Sensor is in my greenhouse and the hub is a good 20m away through walls). It updates fine (every 10 mins) and the tile displays the temp fine. How long were you finding it stayed connected before dropping off?
You had it reporting humidity with that dth? Mine never did. Can you tell me which model hub and which model sensor it is? Mine is TH01.
Bugger, just realised that the humidity while shown hasn’t changed(stayed at 46%). It is a TH01, and I’m on a v3. Temp is updating every few minutes though.

I’ve set this as the DH. After setting it it’s reported the Humidity, however the interval has changed to 7260s so I’ll need to wait a couple of hours for it to switch back to 720s too see if it’s reporting.
That’s just for device watch / health check “stuff”. It should update whenever the humidity changes.
Ahh, I did wonder as the temp was still updating. I might move it out of the greenhouse if I don’t see a change for testing, as the humidity might be quite stable in there.

the default report time minimum is set to 30 seconds, but since smartthings doesn’t include seconds in the history view timestamps, it may be better to just set it to 60 seconds
if it still reports too much and is draining the battery, you can change the minimum change for reporting from 10 and 100 to 20 and 200

After the 1 update on humidity it’s not done or since. I’ve tried to replicate what I did by swapping the DTH, and the swapping back with no joy. Temp is still working fine though.
Mine also stops reporting, I cannot figure out why.
Ok, so I deleted it and let it add as a sonoff switch under add device>brand>sonoff upto now it’s reporting battery and change of humidity.
