I have a Samsung air conditioner unit (Model AR12CSDABWKNCV) that I control with the SmartThings app on an iPhone (version 1.7.28). When I manually control the system, I can only select from the following modes: Auto, Purify, Heat. However, this is an air conditioning unit and I used to also be able to select Dry and Cool. In my programmed routines, I can select all five modes: Auto, Cool, Dry, Purify, Heat.
I would like to be able to manually select Cool without using the Auto setting, and this was possible until recently.
This seems to be an issue with the app because the remote control still provides all the modes. Is there a way to get this fixed?
