Mimolite input sensor issue

I’m trying to setup my mimolite to detect votage change for my gate status. when its close it is at 0 volt and when it open its at 7v. but the input sensor its outputting 2.7v all time is it always see the gate as open.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i been trying to mess around with it for almost a week now!

also, I’m using the offical devicehandler on my samsung smartthing.
