Meross Garage Opener MSG100

I just bought 2 Meross Smart Garage Door WI-FI devices. I have two separate garages. I will call them Garage House and Extra Garage. When setting them up the app asks if I want to add it to Home app and I say Yes because that is the only option. After setting up, the door opener is on the Home app on my iPhone but not on my Meross app that I used to set it up.

Is there any reason anyone can think of as to why that happens? Also are there any GOOD install videos on Youtube or anywhere that show the steps WITH the iPhone showing what the screen looks like when setting it up?

in the Meross app, tap on the + and check if it starts searching for devices nearby and finds your GDO that you set up wifi and connected available to Apple Home. If it doesn’t, scroll down and select Smart Garage Door Opener from the list and select MSG100.

Meross has always had one of the more confusing set up processes for their devices.

I didn’t see any good youtube videos for installing Meross GDO from an iPhone.

Ok, it worked. I can now see both the openers on the Meross app. I also can see them on my “Home” app on my iPad.
