Lock Manager Issue

Let me start off in saying I am very new to ST. I have 3 Kwikset 910 Locks in my home. I have Lock Manager installed and I was able to set user codes for the first lock. When I set the codes for the second lock they are gray instead of blue. I got a message that said connection failed.
