Hey guys,
I actually bought this beam as I have 75’ fence to fence I’d like covered
and for the dry contact sensor I’ve purchaed
I plan to use the 12v landscape lighting for power (assuming I need this to both beam units and thinking out loud here perhaps I need dry contact sensors wired to both beams…)
If anyone has any recent experience with Seco-Larm Photo Beam Detectors or advice I’d appreciate the tips. The camera and even ST motion sensors send off too many false positives and I only want to know when a person has entered the yard. I also assume mounting about 18" off the ground will keep the giant rats, cats or possums off my notification stream.
