‘Unknown Condition’ isn’t a particularly encouraging sign. I don’t know what the state of play is with the iOS app but if it is working correctly it would suggest something about the device handler for the ‘presence switch’ devices isn’t quite as it needs to be and that prevents the saved routine being interpreted correctly.
Presumably you are using other routines to set the switches based on Member Location.
I am a little surprised that your wife’s phone still uses ‘mobile device’. I guess perhaps the location setting hasn’t been toggled for a long time and the new integration hasn’t been picked up.
